Reservations
Your room will be held for you on your Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit card. So please have your debit or credit card handy when you call to reserve your room.
Confirmation
A confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed (or mailed, if you don't have an e-mail address) to you.
Payment
The Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card for regular room stay payments at departure.
For rooms reserved for the Fall Foliage season, Christmas and Presidents' Weeks, and for all packages (see below) a 1-night's deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made.
The balance on "Ski & Stay," "Snowboard & Stay," Golf "Stay & Play," and the "Theater" packages should be made upon arrival.
Check-In/Out Time
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Over the years, we have found that guest arrivals after 9:00 PM can disturb other guests who might have already retired for the night.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
