Policies

Reservations

Your room will be held for you with a one night deposit on your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover debit or credit card. So please have your debit or credit card handy when you call to reserve your room.

Confirmation

A confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed (or mailed, if you don’t have an e-mail address) to you.

Payments

credit-cardsThe Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card for regular room stay payments should be made upon arrival.

Check-In/Out Time

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Guests arriving after 9 p.m. should call to let us know their time of arrival. Late Guest should try not to disturb other guests who might have already retired for the night.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to Scheduled Arrival: For a cancellation received more than 14 days prior to a guest’s scheduled arrival date, the Inn will charge a $39 cancellation fee.

Cancellation 14 or fewer but more than 2 Days Prior to Scheduled Arrival: For a cancellation received on or after the 14th day but more than 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the guest is responsible for the first night’s room/suite charge, unless the innkeepers can re-book the room/suite for all nights reserved.

Cancellation 48 hours or less Prior to Scheduled Arrival: For a cancellation received within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival, the guest is responsible for all reserved room/suite charges.

Packages

Once lift vouchers (for Stay & Ski/Snowboard packages) or green and cart fees (for the golf packages) are paid by the Inn for a guest (usually one week before the guest’s scheduled arrival date), they cannot be returned, and the guest is responsible for their cost.

Early Departure Policy

If it is necessary for a guest to leave prior to his/her scheduled departure date, the guest will be responsible for the room/suite charge(s) for the night(s) unused.

Once lift ticket vouchers (for Stay & Ski/Snowboard packages) or green and cart fee vouchers (for golf packages) are issued to a guest they cannot be refunded.

These innkeepers take your visit personally.  They talk with you, not to you and really want to make your stay special.  If our room is indicative of the others, it shouldn’t matter which one you select.  Warm, tastefully adorned and most comfortable.  The gathering room is inviting with a gently stoked, meticulously maintained fire.  Breakfasts are a hand-crafted, culinary delight.  This B&B is a value, period.
